Hirsch Selection Special Reserve American Whiskey 20 yrs Ltd Edition Illinois Whiskey

Though it carries the Hirsch name, this whiskey is unrelated to the legendary A.H. Hirsch whiskey distilled in Pennsylvania. But it’s still fascinating: a 20-year-old whiskey distilled in Illinois in 1987 (likely at the Hiram Walker distillery in Peoria).
