Old Scout 1789b Straight Bourbon Whiskey 10 yrs Black Foil

In the mid 2010s, few private-selection programs received more buzz than Smooth Ambler Old Scout. One of the first distilleries to kick off the trend of sourcing Indiana whiskey from MGP as single barrels, Smooth Ambler soon found itself with a supply shortage. Its well-aged MGP barrels quickly dried up, leading them to become sought-after bottles on secondary markets. This particular 10-year-old barrel, #718 “New Hope,” was selected by the esteemed whiskey group 1789b.
