William Heavenhill is a very, very limited series of bourbons produced by Heaven Hill, in honor of its namesake. William Heavenhill owned the farm on which the original distillery was built, after Prohibition, though the company split his surname in two, on purpose or by accident (no one can agree which). The age and proof vary by release.
